COLD EYE FILMS is a documentary production company featuring the work of award-winning filmmaker Peter Flynn. Peter teaches courses in media production and film history at Emerson College in Boston. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and was co-founder and director of the Boston Irish Film Festival from 1999 to 2009.


Peter grew up in Dublin, Ireland and from an early age developed a deep affection for film, particularly silent film. His documentary work reflects this love of the cinema and its history.


Peter has completed three documentary features working as producer, director, cinematographer, and editor.
